State Establishment “Gomel Regional Clinical Heart Center” 

State Establishment “Gomel Regional Clinical Heart Center” is one of the leading specialized treatment and preventive centers in the Republic of Belarus and CIS-countries, which renders highly-qualified cardiological, cardiosurgery, roentgen-endovascular and angiological medical care to the citizens.

The main field of work is prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases: arterial hypertension, myocardial infarction, angina, heart rhythm disturbances, cardiac insufficiency, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy and etc.

It is possible to have either a long-term inpatient treatment, or examination of cardiovascular system within two-three days with the selection of individual treatment program. There are rooms of enhanced comport at the Center. The Center has a cardiosurgical division and an operative and intensive care unit.

Specialists of the Center perform operations in present-day conditions, which correspond to European standards.

Interventional surgery (roengenendovascular, intravascular surgery) is the most advanced field of modern medicine, based on performance of minimally traumatic diagnostic and treatment surgical interventions with the help of specialized small catheter instruments, introduced through prolonged puncture of artery or vein into any organ under the control of specialized roentgen and diagnostic systems.

The division is equipped with two angiographic devices Innova 4100, Innova 3131IQ, produced by GE Medical Systems (France)
